The personal information we hold is only used for internal purposes, in order to contact customers regarding anything to do with swimming lessons, payments, upcoming courses, pool closures etc.
Swimming Teachers will have access to names, any relevant medical information in order to keep your child safe and any previous badges achieved. They will not have access to phone numbers or addresses without us asking you for permission.
All information held will be kept on secure and encrypted devices, with paper copies being held in a locked box. If you leave us, these paper copies will be destroyed in an appropriate manner.
Should you wish to see any records we hold, please phone 07792181483 to request them. We will provide this to you within a 30 day period.
Some swimming pools we use have CCTV cameras that are maintained by the leisure centre/pool. This is used only in the case of any incident, and help ensure your child’s safety.
No data will ever be shared with a 3rd party company.
